We are currently hiring for the Production Manager role for the Fit Out (Joinery, Carpentry & Interiors)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in Joinery, Carpentry, and Interior Fit-Out, specifically for mall projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing on-site production activities, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily production and site activities for joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and mall management.
• Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and project specifications are met.
• Prepare production schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor progress regularly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with mall regulations and safety standards.
• Review, interpret, and communicate technical drawings to the production team.
• Handle procurement coordination for materials related to joinery and interior works.
• Resolve site-related challenges quickly to avoid project delays.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on production progress and material usage.
• Maintain strong relationships with mall authorities and ensure all approvals (NOCs, work permits) are completed on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Fit-Out / Joinery / Carpentry / Interiors industry.
• Mandatory: Direct experience working on mall projects (Emaar, MAF, Nakheel, Aldar, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mall guidelines, work permit processes, and coordination with mall management teams.
• Ability to manage on-site teams and supervise production activities end-to-end.
• Excellent knowledge of fit-out materials, production methodologies, and joinery workshop processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle fast-paced project environments.
• UAE experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• UAE driving license (advantage).
• Familiarity with joinery machines, production workflow, and material selection.
