Production Manager (EBikes)

Eswap Technologies (Private) Limited is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead and oversee the entire E-Bike assembly operations. This role requires developing and executing effective production plans to meet stringent quality, cost, and delivery goals. The Production Manager manages a dedicated team of five professionals and works closely with departments such as Procurement, Quality Control, and Research and Development to ensure seamless and efficient production cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of E-Bike assembly operations to ensure meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor and control the assembly processes of key components including batteries, motors, and wiring to guarantee production efficiency and product reliability.
• Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control measures to maintain high production standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Quality Control, and Research and Development teams to secure timely availability of materials and to resolve any production issues.
• Train, supervise, and manage a team of five assembly staff, overseeing shift schedules, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize resource utilization, reduce wastage, and ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare detailed and accurate production reports on a regular basis for senior management review.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance production throughput.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor production status, inventory, and resource allocation effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges promptly to maintain a consistent workflow.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
