Production Manager/ Factory Manager

Bosco Aluminium & Glass is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations at our aluminium and glass fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and within quality standards while optimizing resources and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for aluminium and glass fabrication.
• Ensure production schedules are met in line with project deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing processes including cutting, fabrication, assembly, glazing, and finishing.
• Maintain quality standards in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Optimize manpower utilization, machinery efficiency, and material usage.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present production reports (KPIs, output, wastage, efficiency).
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors.
• Control production costs and ensure adherence to budgets.

✅ Strong background in Aluminium manufacturing industry

✅ B.Tech Graduate (Mechanical Engineer)

✅ 6+ years expertise in Factory, production & planning

✅ Sharp analytical and communication skills

✅ Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
