Job Overview

Farrukh Zia (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end production operations for our fashion line. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the fashion/apparel industry and the ability to manage production timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete production cycle from sampling to final delivery
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and stitching teams
• Ensure timely order completion and maintain production schedules
• Supervise quality control to maintain brand standards
• Manage vendors, fabric sourcing, and production planning
• Control production costs and reduce wastage
• Prepare production reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in fashion/apparel production

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field (with strong industry exposure)
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and production workflows
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
