Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Plan daily/weekly production targets
- Coordinate raw material availability
- Ensure timely order fulfillment
- Quality Control & Food Safety
- Implement HACCP, GMP, ISO standards
- Monitor product consistency and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Team Supervision
- Manage supervisors, machine operators, and line workers
- Train staff on safety and quality standards
- Monitor performance and productivity
- Cost & Efficiency Management
- Reduce waste and production downtime
- Improve production yield
- Optimize labor and material usage
- Equipment & Maintenance
- Oversee machinery performance
- Coordinate preventive maintenance
- Minimize breakdowns
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor raw materials (sugar, cocoa, flour, flavors, etc.)
- Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams

Qualifications
- Master degree in:
