Production Manager- Garment Industry

We are a fast-growing garment manufacturing company specializing in men’s bottom wear. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can manage end-to-end production, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor the entire production process for men’s bottom wear.
• Supervise cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing departments.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/alteration rates.
• Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Allocate manpower and monitor daily production outputs.
• Maintain production reports, line balancing, and WIP tracking.
• Control wastage and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong experience in men’s bottom wear (denim/non-denim) production.
• Hands-on knowledge of stitching operations, machine handling, and garment construction.
• Experience in production planning, line setting, and efficiency improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
