Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Production Manager – Heavy Steel Fabrication for a reputed Oil & Gas company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency in heavy steel fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations for heavy steel fabrication works
• Ensure production targets are met in line with project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams
• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, fitting, blasting, and painting
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas standards, HSE regulations, and company policies
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization
• Implement continuous improvement in productivity and quality
• Prepare production reports and update management on progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in heavy steel fabrication within Oil & Gas or EPC companies
• Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and industry standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in ISO, ASME, AWS standards is an advantage
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
