Production Manager in Frozen Seafood

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our frozen seafood production operations. You will manage the production team, optimize workflows, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with EU, FDA, ISO, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor KPIs, production schedules, and process efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
• Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Identify and resolve production challenges.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in seafood/fisheries production or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, BRC, and FDA standards preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
