Job Vacancy – Production Manager (Joinery Factory)

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our Joinery Factory team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in joinery and fit-out manufacturing operations, with the ability to manage production, manpower, quality, and project deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all factory production activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project, and Installation teams.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Control material usage and minimize wastage.
• Lead and manage factory workforce efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and factory production management.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture production, and interior fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning.
• Arabic preferred.
• Qatar experience is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
