About the Role
As Production Manager at
Kings League MENA
, you will play a key role in delivering world-class live sports and entertainment experiences. Based in Riyadh, you will oversee all aspects of production for broadcasts and events, ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and alignment with the league’s innovative and fast-paced format.
Main Responsibilities

Oversee all production activities from
pre-production to post-production
, ensuring deadlines, technical standards, and broadcast requirements are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with
broadcast vendors, suppliers, and production partners
, managing negotiations, service quality, and compliance with agreed standards.

Coordinate the planning and execution of
audiovisual content production
, including venue/location preparation, crew management, and technical equipment setup.

Ensure optimal allocation of
resources, personnel, equipment, and budget
for each project through strategic planning and efficient execution.

Manage the assigned
budget
, keeping expenditures within approved limits while maximizing return on investment.

Identify and mitigate
risks
(technical issues, production delays, evolving requirements) to ensure seamless project continuity.

Guarantee productions adhere to
transmission schedules
, avoiding delays that impact live broadcasts or deliveries.

Supervise and guide
technical and support teams
, fostering effective collaboration and workflow efficiency.

Negotiate with
vendors, casters, and production personnel
to secure favorable terms and industry-standard compliance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with
content, communications, marketing, and commercial teams
to align production with overall league objectives.

Manage
multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

6+ years
of proven experience in production management or similar roles, preferably within live sports, broadcasting, or entertainment.

Degree in
Communication, Journalism, Entertainment Management
, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of
television/film production processes, live broadcasting techniques, and audiovisual technologies

Hands-on experience with
production management, technical equipment, post-production workflows, on-set safety
, and broadcast delivery standards.

Demonstrated ability to
manage third-party vendors and suppliers
