What You’ll Do

• Lead and enforce a culture of uncompromising safety across all crews and job sites
• Direct multiple field crews (1–7 teams), ensuring quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
• Partner with the Operations Manager to execute daily and weekly production strategies
• Monitor job pacing, labor efficiency, and field execution in real time
• Ensure all work aligns with contract scope, service expectations, and budget targets
• Coach, develop, and hold accountable crew leads and technicians
• Identify and solve operational challenges quickly—before they impact performance or safety
• Maintain high standards for equipment use, job site organization, and professionalism

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of leadership in landscape, turf, agriculture, or outdoor operations
• Proven experience managing multiple crews in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Strong understanding of scheduling, production flow, and quality control
• Ability to lead from the front—this is a hands-on, field-based role
• Clear communicator who can set expectations and drive accountability
• Commercial spray license (preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Valid Real ID (or equivalent documentation) required for access to Fort Riley
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
