1. Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop production plans and timelines to meet project or order deadlines.
  • Coordinate with departments (purchasing, design, sales) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Allocate resources (materials, labor, machinery) efficiently.

2. Supervision & Coordination

  • Oversee production staff and ensure they follow procedures.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance on the shop floor.
  • Conduct daily or weekly production meetings.

3. Quality Control

  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify defects or process issues and take corrective action.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to maintain standards.

4. Cost & Efficiency Management

  • Monitor production costs and reduce waste.
  • Optimize processes to improve productivity.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct safety inspections and training for staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

6. Inventory & Materials Management

  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
  • Minimize stockouts or overstocking.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present performance updates to senior management.

8. Continuous Improvement

  • Implement lean manufacturing or process improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage innovation and problem-solving within the team.
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
