Production Manager – Plastic Manufacturing (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE)

Job Summary:
Lead and manage daily production operations for extrusion, mixing, cutting, printing, and converting lines. Ensure top-quality output, safety compliance, and efficient use of materials while guiding a multicultural workforce to meet production targets. Responsible for production planning and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise production activities across extrusion, cutting, and printing.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
• Oversee manufacturing processes for LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE products.
• Monitor quality standards and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Optimize raw material usage to reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering.
• 5+ years production management experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion, cutting, printing, and polymer processing.
• Proven skills in production planning and reporting.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Managerial Role in all sections: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• English, Hindi/Urdu & Arabic will be plus Point (Preferred)
