Production Manager (production in-charge)

• Location: Islamabad (National Industrial Zone, Rawat).

About Us: Max Pharmaceuticals is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality medicines that meet regulatory standards. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as Production In-Charge.

Position Overview: The Production In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring compliance with cGMP, DRAP, and company standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and DRAP guidelines.
• Monitor production schedules, output, and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure batch records are completed timely.
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
