About the Opportunity
Seaberg Construction is one of Rhode Island’s fastest-growing exterior renovation companies. We specialize in high-quality roofing, siding, decks, and windows. We are looking for a Production Manager to serve as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our projects.

The Role
You will bridge the gap between Sales and Execution. Your job is to ensure projects come in on time and up to our quality standards.
- Production Scheduling: Utilize JobNimbus to manage the master schedule and ensure efficient workflow for crews and subcontractors.
- Field Leadership: Conduct regular site visits to audit quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Resource Management: Coordinate materials and labor availability to prevent bottlenecks.
- Communication: Serve as the key connector between the sales team, the office, and the job site.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues (weather, material delays, scope creep) and solve them before they become emergencies.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Prior experience in residential construction (exteriors preferred) is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient with JobNimbus (or similar CRM/Project Management software). If you can't use software, this isn't the role for you.
- The Mindset: You are highly organized but adaptable. You can handle shifting priorities without losing your cool.
- Communication: You can speak clearly and respectfully to both a homeowner and a sub-crew.
- Bonus Points: Spanish language skills & OSHA certifications.
