Production Manager

National Sign Plazas is looking for someone awesome to join our team as a Production Manager. If you're organized, great with deadlines, and love working with creative materials, this could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Do:

• Lead projects and manage your time like a pro
• Keep track of material usage & costs with spreadsheets
• Run a latex printer (HP 335 Series) and laminator
• Make light edits to print files in Adobe Illustrator
• Fabricate signs using wood & metal components
• Prep materials and prints in the warehouse
• Order supplies and track inventory
• Report to Operations and Division Managers
• Help hit production goals and deadlines

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the sign/printing industry (Vinyl application is a plus!) (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign (Preferred)
• Strong project management skills (Preferred)
• Tech-savvy and professional communicator (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (Preferred)
• Proof of active auto insurance (Preferred)
• Comfortable using power tools, hand tools & light equipment (Preferred)
• Able to work in a construction/warehouse environment when needed (Preferred)
• Detail-oriented and super organized (Preferred)

What We Offer:

• Pay range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
