Position Summary
The Content Project Manager plays a key role by efficiently coordinating the end-to-end content production with Nestlé’s global brands and markets, ensuring the high standards of quality and timely delivery of projects from IMS’ in-house content solution, bringing efficiencies for the Nestlé Group.

A day in the life of… the Production Manager is responsible for performing quality assessments of production work before release to the Market. Act as point of contact for content production between our global brands and markets and IMS’ internal teams (account team and production team). Ensuring the seamless execution of adaptation services with a strong service orientation toward the Market. Responsibilities include day-to-day coordination, quality control, and alignment with operational and brand standards:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of Content Services, acting as the key contact between Markets, eContent Account Specialists, and the Cairo production team
  • Review and validate feasibility of requests based on inputs from the Market, and seek additional production information when needed
  • Plan and distribute production activities among Graphic Producers, aligning with forecast demand shared by eContent Account Specialists
  • Ensure timely execution of operations and proactively address any issues that may arise
  • Perform quality control checks against briefs and brand guidelines to ensure error-free deliverables
  • Ensure consistent application of Nestlé brand guidelines across all adaptations
  • Confirm that master assets are structured for automation and meet required specifications and ways of working
  • Ensure adherence to the costing model based on validated briefs, maintaining consistency across projects
  • Maintain operational documentation to support consistent service execution, including process guides, service catalog, briefs, training materials, adaptation best practices, and standard routines. Monitor timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered within agreed SLAs.
  • Analyze production and process issues to identify learnings and drive continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency.
  • Run regular operational reviews with Markets to track Service delivery. Get improvement actions listed and followed up until adherence to the committed Service level.
  • Maintain regular operational reviews with Markets and eContent Account Specialists to anticipate needs and propose proactive solutions.
  • Responsible for the distribution of the projects to the producers as well as the QA at the end of each project.
  • Knowledge of using production tool is required

  • Analytical mindset to address bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite) - awareness level only, not core function
  • Exposure to automation or Generative AI-based workflows for creative adaptation

  • Key Software Knowledge
    • Project management tools, knowledge of Sitecore solutions is a plus

  • Key Experiences
    • 2-3 years of coordination of Content Production Activities
    • Proven graphic design capabilities
