**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production MIG Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in MIG welding processes and exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring the production of high-quality welds across various projects. As a key member of our production department, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency while delivering top-notch workmanship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals, including but not limited to steel and aluminum, according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, or other methods to ensure proper fit and alignment before welding.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to identify any imperfections and make necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
• Operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely and maintained in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and engaging in practices that promote a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
• Accurately complete work orders and documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and traceability of all welded components.
• Continually improve welding skills through ongoing training and adaptation to new technologies and methodologies.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of welding safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Certification in welding technology or related field is preferred but not required.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, which may include heat and exposure to welding fumes and particulate matter.
