Responsabilidades principales

o Comply with the employee handbook

o Comply with the internal procedures defined by the mother company

o Comply with any applicable regulations and procedures, in particular any procedures of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Quality Management Systems

o Maintain the workplace clean

o Assist the production of Pearls line and Big Pillows line

Tareas

o Load the reactors according with the procedures

o Transfer the glue from the reactors to the tanks; vacuum; exchange filters and pre-filters and check of the pressure/under pressure

o Transfer the glue from the tanks to the lines (extrusion); film exchange; setting the correct parameters of the machine and exchange of water filters

o Check packaging and labeling procedures

o Pack the products

o Collect samples for the Lab

o Insert data into the IT System - quantity of product produced by batch, …

o Collaborate on the execution of other related whenever requested

o Compliance with the cleaning plan

o Performing basic maintenance tasks on the production line

Requisitos

o Past work experience in production environment

o Spanish speaker (not require)
