Position Overview

Crumb City is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Packaging & Labeling Associate to support our bakery operations during morning production hours. This role is responsible for bag sealing and labeling fresh cookies, operating and maintaining label printers, assisting with bakery cleanliness, and helping keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Arrive and be production-ready by 7:00 AM Tuesday through Friday
• Bag, seal, and accurately label all cookies on bakery racks
• Print required product and shipping labels using bakery printers
• Troubleshoot minor printer issues, jams, and label alignment problems
• Maintain organized packaging and labeling stations
• Clean bakery pans, trays, and production equipment as needed
• Support overall cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery environment
• Follow food safety and labeling procedures carefully
• Assist team members with additional production tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Basic comfort using printers and production equipment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous bakery, food service, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required
