Production Packer

Duties

• Carefully pack finished goods using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring products are protected during transit and storage
• Conduct quality checks on packed items to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially with packaging or assembly tasks
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous for assembly and packing duties
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain accuracy in packing and documentation
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift; ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualification

• Knowledge of production procedures and work instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experiences is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as need: ear plugs, hair nets, etc.
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Punctuality and dependability.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
