Job description

• Support production activities in line with the approved daily plan.
• Supervise and manage blue-collar workforce on the shop floor.
• Allocate manpower daily according to the production schedule.
• Coordinate and report workers’ health and safety matters to the corporate office.
• Ensure sufficient availability of RM/PM materials for uninterrupted production.
• Assist in production processes to achieve daily production targets.
• Take full responsibility for executing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as assigned by the Factory Manager.
