Position: Production Planning Engineer

Industry: Stainless Steel / Fasteners / Wire / Bright Bars

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor raw material availability and production capacity utilization.

• Analyze production data and suggest process improvements for efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of production progress, material movement, and delays.

• Support implementation of ERP/MRP systems for better planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in production planning (preferably in stainless steel fasteners or metal manufacturing).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and inventory control.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
