Production Planning & Control Engineer

• pare daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on orders and forecasts.
• Monitor production progress and update schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Track WIP, finished goods, and inventory levels.
• Analyze downtime, delays, and capacity constraints; provide solutions.
• Generate production reports and maintain ERP/MRP entries.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering.
• 1–3 years of PPC or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP, Excel, and basic planning tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
