Position: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager

Location: Multan Road, Near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Note: Timings may vary depending on season and production requirements

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (Market competitive – open based on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven PPC Manager to lead end-to-end production planning across woven made-ups/home textile operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination from grey fabric to final dispatch while optimizing efficiency and meeting strict export timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complete production planning cycle: Grey Fabric → Processing (Outsourced Mills) → Stitching → Dispatch

Optimize production flow, minimize lead times, and eliminate operational bottlenecks

Monitor fabric planning, outsourced processing timelines, stitching efficiency & on-time delivery

Develop and maintain PPC reports, capacity plans & delivery schedules

Coordinate closely with weaving, processing, stitching, procurement & dispatch teams

Ensure adherence to production discipline and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant experience in a woven made-ups/home textile export-oriented unit

Strong understanding of weaving operations, fabric processing workflows & stitching line planning

Proven ability to manage deadlines and improve operational efficiency

Preferred: Experience with Odoo ERP
