Production Planning Engineer

Department: Engineering & Planning ( PPCES )

Coordinates With: Production, QA, Technical Services, and Supply Chain

Objective:

To plan and monitor daily and weekly maintenance activities, ensuring optimal manpower and resource utilization for efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily/weekly plans and task dashboards.
2. Calculate man-hours and support manpower resource allocation.
3. Conduct daily coordination meetings with stakeholders.
4. Issue and control task cards and ERP-linked work orders.
5. To make sure pre-loads are checked and confirmed as per tasks assigned.

Deliverables:

• Daily & Weekly Maintenance Plans
• Task Dashboards
• Resource Utilization Reports
• Controlled Task Cards

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E/AME
• Experience: 2–6 years in production planning (ERP experience preferred)

Key Competencies:

• Strong planning and execution skills
• ERP and data management proficiency
• Ability to coordinate across departments
