  • Process Management and Optimization:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve workflow.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Production Planning and Scheduling:
  • Assist in the development of production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in demand.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Equipment and Maintenance:
  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to prevent downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including OSHA and other relevant guidelines.
  • Conduct safety training and drills to maintain a culture of safety awareness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations to management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the production team, quality assurance, supply chain, and other departments to achieve production goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel pole production or a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing process design, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate production teams, manage projects, and implement process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
