Production Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Production Planning Engineer to join our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering,
• Strong command of MS Office applications; advanced user of SAP PP / MM modules,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and production control,
• Good command of English,
• Hands-on experience in a production / shop-floor environment,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills,
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong communication skills,
• Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate.

Job Description

• Analyze MRP results and create short, mid and long-term production plans,
• Create, update and monitor production orders in SAP, and analyze actual production data,
• Identify delivery and lead-time risks in advance, inform relevant stakeholders and take proactive actions,
• Work in close coordination with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Quality teams to ensure planning integrity,
• Lead and manage daily production meetings and follow up on action items,
• Track and report production performance KPIs such as OTIF, plan adherence and efficiency,
• Analyze deviations from production plans and develop continuous improvement actions.
