Production Manager / Industrial Engineer

• Supervises day-to-day operations.
• Balances planning, machine procurement, and staff management.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and efficiency across the facility.

Key responsibilities :

• Strong background in manufacturing systems and industrial engineering
• .Experience with production planning tools (ERP/MRP systems).
• Knowledge of machinery selection and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to design plant layouts for optimal flow and safety.
• Leadership and supervisory skills for managing technicians and operators.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,388.24 - ₹50,000.00 per month
