Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning Officer to manage production schedules, ensure timely availability of materials, and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve smooth and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong planning skills, analytical ability, and experience in production planning and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales forecast and demand.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure raw material availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as per delays or urgent requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
• Support inventory control by balancing stock levels and avoiding shortages/excess.
• Communicate with sales and customer service teams for delivery commitments.
• Implement continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning tools and techniques.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (planning sheets, reports, analysis).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
