Production Process Manager

Job Description

Ensuring communication and coordination with contract manufacturing companies

Taking an active role in new product development processes from design to production

Managing product formulations, content approvals, labeling and packaging processes

Keeping track of technical documents, analysis reports, test results and necessary certificates of the products

Evaluating production samples, collecting feedback and taking necessary actions

Ensuring that the production process is carried out in accordance with brand standards, legal regulations and quality management systems

Working in coordination with suppliers, laboratories, graphic design teams and production units

Job Requirements

Preferably experience in cosmetics, chemical, food or related sectors

Knowledge of product development, production management or quality processes

Familiar with contract manufacturing, technical documentation, analysis and testing processes
