Kauffman Engineering, LLC., with locations throughout Mexico and the USA, has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Associate in Lincolnshire, IL.

Join Our Team in Manufacturing Quality

We are looking for a Production Quality Associate to help ensure our products meet quality standards. In this role, you will inspect parts during production, support the team, and help identify and resolve quality issues.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Check parts and materials before production begins
• Complete inspection reports and basic documentation
• Identify and label defective or non-conforming parts
• Work closely with the production team to maintain quality
• Report any issues to supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to measure using measuring tools

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (wire harness, electrical assembly, or similar)
• Ability to read blueprints or diagrams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High school diploma or GED
