Southern Turf Co is hiring — We are the fastest growing, largest residential artificial turf installation company in Georgia and the Southeast. Our office is located in Atlanta, GA.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting quality control in the field throughout greater Atlanta and the southeast. The role requires regular driving across multiple territories in your own pickup truck or SUV, so reliable personal transportation is a must. You will be regularly interacting with both residential and commercial customers, so a professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities:

• Drive to job sites across Texas to support and oversee production quality activities
• Support installation teams and provide guidance as needed
• Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and collaborate with Turf Advisors to plan and execute installations
• Perform and oversee topical turf refreshes, including cleaning, deodorizing, and infill replenishment to extend the life and appearance of installed turf
• Work with the Production Quality team to complete warranty requests
• Work with the production team to improve efficiency and increase capacity

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal pickup truck or SUV required
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new computer applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
