Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Supervise daily meat processing activities, including cutting, trimming, portion control, mincing, burger production, meat smoking, packaging, and order preparation.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while minimizing waste and maximizing yield.
- Monitor product specifications and customer requirements.
Quality & Food Safety
- Implement and maintain HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and product checks.
- Maintain production, temperature, traceability, and food safety records.
- Support ISO 22000, HACCP, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
Team Supervision
- Supervise production workers, butchers, and packaging staff.
- Conduct on-the-job training and enforce food safety requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Food Technology
- Food Science
- Meat Technology
- Food Processing
- Related discipline
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Meat Processing Plants
- Meat smoke house Facilities
- Food Manufacturing Operations
- Meat Service, butchery etc.
Experience in the following products is highly preferred:
- Portion-Controlled Meat Products
- Burger Patties
- Vacuum-Packed Products
- Smoke Meat Products
- Foodservice Meat Preparation
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
