Production/ Sanitation Associate (2nd Shift)

Ornua Ingredients North America custom formulates and manufactures a complete line of pasteurized process cheese products. We are looking for a hardworking, fast paced and reliable employee to join our Production team!

Wage:
$18/hr + 10% differential = $19.80, opportunity to increase with additional training + 8% quarterly bonus opportunity

Schedule:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Duties include but not limited to: Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble production equipment Open barrels, block, or bags of cheese and other ingredients Weigh the ingredients to the specified amount per individual batch sheets Use knives and wires to cut and trim the ingredients to the correct weights Place bags of cheese into boxes and send through to get taped and boxed Stack packed boxes of cheese onto a pallet Transfer ingredients from the scale to the pick-up tables Heavy lifting and the ability to load cheese into grinders is required Maintain a clean and safe work areas All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include: High school diploma or equivalent required Solid work history is a must Prior food manufacturing experience preferred but not required Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time (10 hour days) Ability work with hands and to lift up to 50lbs repetitively Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices a plus Basic math skills
