We are seeking a hands-on Production Scheduler / Capacity Planner to manage daily scheduling and capacity across fulfillment and production operations, including chocolate molding, hand assembly, and packaging.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that operates as the central hub between planning and production. The position is approximately 50% on the production floor and 50% at a desk, responsible for building the schedule and ensuring it is executed in real time.

Own the daily production schedule across all fulfillment and production areas (approx. 150+ orders per day)

Break down work by department, labor requirements, and item type to meet ship dates and priorities

Sequence work to optimize flow across chocolate production, assembly, packing, and shipping

Develop and manage capacity models based on labor, work type, and throughput rates

Balance workload across teams to prevent bottlenecks, particularly between production, packing, and shipping

Continuously adjust schedules to align with real-time production conditions

Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, driving execution and accountability

Reallocate labor and shift priorities in real time to meet output and service levels

Ensure production teams are aligned to the schedule and operating efficiently

Monitor output, efficiency, and performance using Excel and internal systems

Improve scheduling accuracy through data analysis and trend tracking

Identify inefficiencies in workflow, staging, and labor utilization and implement solutions

Partner closely with Production, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams

Ensure clean handoffs and communication across departments to support on-time delivery

Act as a key point of coordination between planning and execution

3–7 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or high-volume operations

Background in fulfillment, assembly, or labor-driven manufacturing environments

Strong understanding of capacity planning, throughput, and labor balancing

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reporting

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities

Strong communication skills and leadership presence on the production floor
