Production Scheduler Assistant
Job Summary: Supports the production scheduling process by managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met to maintain smooth production operations.

Essential Functions – Responsibilities
  • Manage, generate, and post daily and weekly master schedules.
  • Strong understanding of the production process, while building relationships/trust with production associates to help facilitate any questions or issues they may have.
  • Use our software to generate reports and schedules (Microsoft Office, Fenevision,).
  • Analyze past and present data to generate reports to create more effective schedules.
  • Monitor production process and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure that company deadlines are met while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to spend long hours sitting, on the computer, and phone, which requires high attention to detail.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Work Environment
  • Able to spend long hours sitting, using a computer and phone which requires high attention to detail.
  • Must be punctual and able to stay on the job for the required hours.
Work Schedule
  • 1st shift onsite Monday–Friday 8 AM–4:30 PM
