Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production & Sourcing Coordinator to oversee our manufacturing and sourcing operations. This role is responsible for managing production processes, coordinating with overseas vendors, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient timelines from development through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee production with manufacturing partners in China
• Source new products and identify market opportunities
• Manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Work closely with factories to meet production goals and quality standards
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors and suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and track order status
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with manufacturers
• Research and develop relationships with new factory partners

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in wholesale, importing, or consumer products industries preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written required)

Actual salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, and internal alignment.
