Responsibilities

• Support the assembly line by preparing materials, organizing workstations, and assisting with product assembly using hand tools and power tools
• Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies, labeling products, and maintaining organized storage areas
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling mechanical components and using tools tools during production tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Support general cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is highly valued
• Experience operating forklifts safely is a strong plus
• Familiarity with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts
• Warehouse experience including inventory management or material handling is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a physically active environment
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in developing technical skills within a manufacturing setting
