Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer with 1year of deep expertise in roofing systems and structural steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day production operations, improve manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and drive operational efficiency across our roofing and structural product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the plant.
• Ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of roofing sheets and other structural products.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement processes.
• Monitor production schedules, quality control, and material usage.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in fabrication, forming, cutting, and assembly processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain production documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering, preferably in roofing or steel structure industries is a must
• Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings, including roofing layouts, truss assemblies, and steel member details.
• Plan and execute production schedules in coordination with design and project teams.
• Supervise operations including cutting, welding, bending, roll forming, and assembly.
• Strong knowledge of roll forming, welding, CNC cutting, and structural steel fabrication processes.
• Familiar with standards such as IS, ASTM, and other relevant codes for roofing and structural materials.
• Proficient in production planning tools, CAD software, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
