Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing plant in Sanand, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food manufacturing, particularly caramel or confectionery production, and be capable of managing machines, manpower, and production processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and packaging.

Manage and monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Lead a team of production workers, ensuring discipline, safety, and productivity.

Maintain production quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.

Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.

Ensure regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.

Keep detailed production and maintenance records.

Coordinate with management on production goals, manpower needs, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical, or Production Engineering preferred.

3–5 years of experience in food or confectionery manufacturing (experience in caramel manufacturing is a plus).

Strong technical understanding of food processing machinery.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage teams and maintain high levels of productivity and quality.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations preferred.
