Job Description: Production Foreman / Supervisor (Civil)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Foreman / Supervisor with a strong background in civil engineering and production management. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and bring hands-on experience in supervising construction and production activities. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate teams to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Coordination
• Oversee daily production and civil works at site/factory.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Oversight
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with civil engineering practices.
• Production Management
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets.
• Optimize resources, materials, and equipment usage.
• Quality & Safety Assurance
• Implement quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Reporting
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and material usage records.
• Report issues, delays, or risks to senior management.

• Qualifications
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil works and production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
