Supervise daily production of steel fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, anchor bolts). Ensure output meets quality, safety, and delivery targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage shop-floor production &amp; manpower</li><li>Monitor forging, threading, galvanizing operations</li><li>Ensure compliance with ASTM / DIN standards</li><li>Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and dispatch</li><li>Control rejection, downtime, and wastage</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering</li><li>5+ years experience in steel or fastener manufacturing</li><li>Knowledge of fastener grades (8.8, 10.9, A325M, B7)</li><li>Strong leadership &amp; reporting skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
