Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of jobs. The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and ensuring all products meet company and client standards.

Production & Operations:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities in signage, metal, acrylic, printing, LED, and fabrication units
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials according to production schedules
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and improve workflow efficiency

Quality Control:

• Ensure all finished products meet required quality standards and client specifications
• Conduct regular inspections during fabrication, printing, assembly, and finishing
• Coordinate with QA/QC for corrective actions when required

Team Supervision:

• Supervise technicians, machine operators, fabricators, printers, and helpers
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff attendance and performance
• Train workers on safe working practices and production procedures

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain safe working conditions in the factory
• Ensure proper use of PPE and machinery safety procedures

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with design, sales, procurement, and installation teams
• Report daily production status, delays, and issues to management
• Maintain production records, material usage, and job tracking

Maintenance & Housekeeping:

• Ensure proper maintenance of machines and tools
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Maintain factory cleanliness and organized work areas

Skills Required:

• MS Excel / basic reporting

Preferred:

• UAE experience
• Experience in signage / advertising / metal fabrication industry
• Immediate availability
