PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily activities of the joinery workshop, including woodworking, assembly, and finishing (painting/polishing).

​Production Planning: Develop work schedules and allocate manpower to meet project deadlines without compromising on craftsmanship.

​Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex AutoCAD shop drawings, blueprints, and cutting lists to guide the team on precise execution.

​Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections at various stages of production to ensure materials and finished products meet the high standards expected in Dubai’s luxury market.

​Resource Management: Estimate and procure materials, tools, and hardware. Manage inventory levels to prevent delays while minimizing waste.

​Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and ensure all machinery (CNC machines, saws, edge banders) is properly maintained.

​Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a multicultural workforce of carpenters, joiners, and machine operators.

​### Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Typically 3–7 years of experience in a joinery workshop, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with the UAE market is a significant advantage.

​Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in woodworking techniques, veneers, laminates, and solid wood.

​Hands-on experience with modern joinery machinery and CAD/CAM software.

​Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight delivery timelines.
