Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Furniture Production Incharge to oversee daily production operations in our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production planning, supervise workshop staff, ensure quality standards, and maintain timely project delivery.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of furniture production processes, joinery techniques, workshop machinery, and production scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day furniture production activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams.
• Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and material requirements.
• Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage carpenters, machine operators, painters, and workshop staff.
• Monitor machine utilization and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance of machinery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain production reports, inventory records, and workflow documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Production, Wood Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or joinery production.
• Strong knowledge of furniture construction, carpentry, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read technical/shop drawings.
• Experience with workshop machinery such as , panel saw, edge banding, and sanding machines.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.

Working Hourse 07:00AM to 05:00PM , Sunday is holiday ovwrtime if required

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
