Job Summary

A Garments Factory Supervisor oversees daily production activities in a Uniforms manufacturing facility. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, worker safety, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise garment production lines and factory workers
• Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are met
• Ensure stitching, cutting, finishing, and packing processes follow quality standards
• Coordinate with production managers, quality control, and maintenance teams
• Train and guide sewing operators and helpers
• Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Reduce production delays, defects, and material wastage
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and factory policies
• Prepare daily production and performance reports
• Handle machine or workflow issues during shifts
• Maintain smooth workflow between departments
