Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a conveyor belt production facility. The role involves managing production teams, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in the conveyor belt manufacturing unit.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and guide production operators and technicians.
• Prepare daily production reports and performance records.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Experience in rubber, conveyor belt, or industrial product manufacturing is added advantage.
