Production Supervisor (Cigarette Manufacturing Only)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have experience only in cigarette manufacturing industry (filter / tobacco / cigarette production).
• Experience from other industries will not be considered.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in production supervision.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machine handling, and manpower management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team for any issues.
• Ensure smooth production flow with minimum downtime.

2. Quality Control:

• Ensure production output meets required quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to resolve any quality issues.

3. Manpower Management:

• Manage operators, helpers, and shift activities.
• Allocate work and ensure proper discipline on shop floor.

4. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the production floor.
• Maintain clean and organized working environment.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily production reports and shift reports.
• Monitor production data and highlight any issues.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
