Production supervisor (F&B)

The Production supervisor (F&B) is responsible for overseeing all food production operations to ensure products are prepared efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role supervises production planning, inventory control, operational workflows, cost efficiency, food safety compliance, and team performance. The Production Supervisor ensures seamless coordination between kitchen operations, procurement, logistics, and service requirements while maintaining productivity targets and supporting business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in food production, manufacturing, central kitchen operations, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong understanding of food production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in production planning, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
